Congratulations. By being here you’ve taken the first step towards gaining control. Nice move. You’re obviously smart and know what you want. I like that.
And I’m here to tell you, “You’re perfect….. exactly as you are. You are enough. You are soooo enough. It’s unbelievable how enough you are no matter what your dress size.”
But sweetheart, if you’ve decided you want to lose some weight, make peace with food, become healthier and happier in the process, then you’re in the right place.
This site is for women who want to ignite their thinner sparkle with joyful abandon.
I do this by introducing you to your own mind – and how it operates – so you can accomplish this, and so much more.
You can use the site anyway you choose, obviously. Most folk though do one of two things:
1. Read (and apply) the free blog content. If you sign-up at the top right-hand corner (off you pop, I’ll wait), you’ll be notified direct to your inbox when fresh content is published. Every month you’ll receive a love note around the mental and emotional aspects of weight loss (the non-food stuff), because that’s where my expertise lies.
2. The belt + braces approach. Is the path is for the folk who want results, now.
These good folk recognise that if they could untangle their weight loss challenge alone, they’d have done so by now.
Some are already struggling with weight-related health issues or, they know that if something doesn’t change, they soon will be.
Some have just had enough of the weight struggle and acknowledge they’re ready to do something different. Completely different.
If this sounds like a bit of you, c’mon over.
I’m a big believer in the importance of fun and play. Seems to me that one of the greatest in-authenticities in life is to take ourselves too seriously.
I absolutely understand that losing weight and improving your health is important to you. Nobody said it needs to be a serious business though.
